Every year I look forward to spending part of my spring/summer with a new novel by Nancy Thayer. Nantucket comes to life and women’s lives come to the fore in this author’s readable stories.

When Heather’s marriage ends, she begins to think about what she wants next. One thing is to rent a place in Nantucket for a time, so off she goes. A bit surprisingly to her, Heather’s son also comes to the island. His girlfriend lives there. How will they all get along? What changes will come to their lives? Read this enjoyable novel to find out.
