From my stack of overdue reviews: The Sunday Potluck Club by Melissa Storm

#TheSundayPotluckClub #NetGalley

Since The Sunday Potluck Club came out, there have been two more related titles published. Readers may want to take a look at all three. I am clearly behind here.

Sometimes life just doesn’t give us what we want. We know that loss is something that, perhaps can be postponed, but cannot be avoided. The main characters in this novel met in an Alaskan hospital ward when relatives were dying. This is not just a story of loss though; it is one of figuring out how to get through and moved forward. It is about friendships formed and the aspirations that we still go for.

Follow Bridget and Amy as well as some of their other friends. You will be a witness to the goodness of The Sunday Potluck Club.

Many thanks to NetGalley and Kensington Books for this title. All opinions are my own.

This title was published in 2020.

I love to read, recommend books and open the world of reading to others. I tutor to ensure that the next generation of readers will know the joys of a good book because their reading skills have improved. I am an avid reader, especially of mysteries and fiction. I believe that two of the world's greatest inventions were the public library and eyeglasses!
