There seems to be a bit of a trend for books that are a combination of romance and mystery as is the case here in a story about a murdered record executive. The two genres can mesh well and they do here.
In these pages, readers meet a gay detective who is attracted to one of his (male) suspects. Rav is a bit of a fish out of water. He is with the NYPD and is also an Oxford educated Brit. And then…there’s the rock star. Will they get together or will solving the case come between them? Readers can be fairly sure of the answer; the fun is in watching events unfold..
This book will surely appeal to its intended audience. Many will look forward to this author’s next book.
