This cookbook will be welcomed by home cooks who enjoy pasta. Here are recipes for pasta with tomato sauce, vegetables, fish, cheese, meat sauce, soups, salad and more. All of these are offered by one of the best Italian cooks of all.
Before going to the recipes, readers will want to look at the beginning sections of the book. There is much helpful information to be found there.
The directions for the recipes are clear. The photos will make mouths water.
This is a terrific book to add to the shelves of those who enjoy Italian food.
