I always think that guides to personality types are fun to explore. I have done the Meyers-Briggs test in the past and found the results to be interesting. What’s Your Enneatype presents 9 personality types; for example, The Improver/Reformer/Perfectionist; The Helper/Giver/Befriender/ The Peacemaker/Mediator/Reconciler, along with the other six to total nine types. See where you may belong as you explore.
Readers of the book will learn what an enneagram is and is not, how the three descriptors for each type relate to each other, and ways NOT to use this tool. Take a look. See where you think you fit and maybe learn a bit more about yourself.
Many thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for this interesting read ine xchange for an honest review.
This has to be among the cutest books ever!! The photos made me smile again and again. How about a carton of Lego eggs along with two sunny side eggs in a cast iron pan? How about Lego butter on a china butter dish? Waffles, eggs and bacon anyone? These are among the first delicious illustrations in this whimsical title. Then, there are the men’s ties, the necklaces, the artist’s “paints” on a palette and again so much more. I guarantee that time spent with this book will cheer you up.

Some relaxing reads here. I’ve reviewed the Donna Leon, read The Sweetshop of Dreams and the Dorothy Sayers and have read some of the books by Fiona Barton. Let me know what you think!
Miss Benson’s Beetle is by the author of The Unlikely Pilgrimage of Harold Fry, a book that I very much enjoyed. So, I was excited to receive this e galley from the publisher. The book does not disappoint.
This title features scientists. They range from the well-known including Albert Einstein, Galileo Galilei, Mari Curie and Stephen Hawking, among others, to scientists who were knew to me, for example, Mary Anning and Geerat Vermeij. There are sixteen biographies in all.

A bit of everything here and some good choices. Enjoy!
