I found Far From the Tree to be an amazing book. The author spent time and wrote about many different kinds of families and the challenges that they faced. For example, he met with families where a child was deaf, had autism, schizophrenia or other challenges. It is an incredibly informative read.
Otherwise, a bit of fiction here. Enjoy.
