Here are seventy-five recipes for the home cook who likes to have simple recipes that are not too time consuming. There are ideas for breakfast including a favorite of mine, shakshuka. There are many choices for small plates, soups and salads, vegetables, meats, fish and poultry.
There are wonderful photos throughout this title. The directions are easy to follow and the author has a deep connection with this cuisine.
All in all, this book is worth adding to a collection.
