My thoughts:

This title invites children to learn more about famous explorers. For each, there is a two page spread with lively illustrations. I like that those featured are from different cultures, places and times and that both men and women are found in these pages. Some explorers will already be known to the reader white others may be new to adults as well. Kids may be inspired to learn more about any favorites that they come to know in these pages.

There is a “passport” at the back which is a notebook where kids can record their own travels. Hopefully they will be inspired.
